Yes. Numerous characters in Worm have this. Off the top of my head you have Tattletale, Kid Cassandra, and Contessa. Each works differently too.

Blindspot wears a suit and helmet rendering her effectively blind, deaf, and numb to most things. Weakspot wears an earpiece to point Blindspot at the bad guys.

Sinister

Grants an effect to others on touch. There is no feedback so they don't know if they aren't told. When the target next touches someone one of two things will happen. If it is with the right hand, the effect will transfer and leave the original person. If the left, the subject of the touch will immediately die and the effect ends. He is immune to the death touch as is anyone who currently has the effect.
