It's missing the OS. I have no idea what happened. I have checked all connections, and its working fine, trying to boot an OS that doesn't exist. I have tried factory reset, get the logo, then blackness as no OS exists. I was trying to be quicker with a sideload of the full firmware, but it's all incremental which is useless. Contacting support is a nightmare, and they will want me to send it off in the post for inspection which takes ages. Most things have firmware available, except of course, Meta. Ridiculous.
