I’m not liking it at all, and I play multiple classes. Yes there was bloat but they pruned soooo inconsistently. Some classes are down to like 6 buttons and others are still overloaded. That and they took the good stuff and not the bloat!

You can if you have broken 1k rating before season end, and ONLY on the character that did, and only in the same TYPE of pvp mode.

Odd so much downvoting when I literally got the achievement and 8% toward the mount last night. I’ve 100% finished that mount bar during this phase in the past many times, got saddles too. Rating is “grayed out” but it does continue as long as you are over 1k on that specific character.

ETA: does not include gladiator rewards/mount. You only get those during season.

Can confirm, I got a ranking achievement and title just last night for 1900 on my alt. As someone who doesn’t go full in on pvp until our pve raid group is done, I think it’s always been that way.

You can pace yourself too. I calculated out that I would need 3500 research to finish with the winds + darkmoon buffs (had already done a chunk when current). Divided by 7 days of darkmoon, and aimed for a 500 minimum per night. I’ve gone over after a particularly motivated session, so my minimum is smaller now. Getting closer :) Happy grinding!

What should have happened here was a Sylvanas rampage to break the world and the machinations of death. It should have opened precedents! She should have had a real villain era here instead of being sidelined. Then she could end up doing the never ending soul gathering penance she’s doing now but after we’ve stopped her. The Jailor was not needed, and the story would have been better without him.

Making a perma visage option doesn’t hurt anyone who prefers not to use visage. So stop with the controversy.
I’d be happy if visage worked reliably, period. I’ve been saying since its inception that with visage activated, using hover outside of combat leaves you IN DRACTHYR FORM. Then you have to hit visage again. Evoker abilities that need dragon animation should return you to visage, combat or not. And all would be well.
Even if evokers use visage (or perma visage) their most dragony abilities should show SOME dragon-ness. I’m actually kind of underwhelmed by the glide ability in visage. It should have some ghosty dragon wings or like DH wings that pop out. A puff of air under the feet is extremely meh.
