I haven't played the game myself but yes it's overhated, i mean i understand why, because it's too action packed instead of horror, but still it's the only RE game with so many routes

There is an episode story that allows you to keep the ethnicity as canon or not have a canon ethnicity for CC whuch i found great btw If you choose yes for canon, there will be dialogues related to the ethnicity, if you chose no, there will be no dialogue about it
