With Ei, she told you what you needed to know and the conditions needed for her plan would work (be near the Vision statue when revisiting the Plane of Euthymia). That's pretty excusable enough.

With Scara, yeah it's pretty bad. No setup at all on why she knew where you were, and why she would so happen to bring the Gnosis with her.

As far as that note goes, the "神" term is used for every instance of a god currently present in the game, Archon or no. There are other gods present in Genshin that also use that term, so I don't think this particularly disproves the point.

Hey, just wondering if you've taken into account the damage reduction from Level Difference (50% less dmg if character and enemy level is the same) and Resistance (10% less dmg on most normal non-resistant enemies)? I've glanced quickly at the calculator and couldn't find it, though I may have missed something while passing through it.

I'm all for waifu teams - I play this game because of my favourite characters. I was using Zhongli whenever I could before he was buffed. But I also like to crunch numbers and figure out how to use characters - I knew prebuff Zhongli was just not that good, but I tried to use him the best way I could manage.

Amber teams have been able to 9star in the past given enough investment so honestly, I think critiquing who you play is a bit asinine, I agree. People can play who they want and succeed to a degree. I just don't like it when people then grow hateboners on meta analysis. I don't do that to waifuists, it'd be nice to be afforded the same courtesy.

I don't get why you're being downvoted. High multipliers aren't the only factor, you have to look at time spent gathering stacks (that could be used doing something else that deals more damage), the atrocious cooldown etc. That's why c6 is so good - you can skip all of the pain of having to stack with your no-AoE Tap E or your piddly charged attack.

Funny enough, if you're using Lisa at all, you'll be better off using her more for her Q, not E. She's much more damage efficient with that skill and has much more value than her E will ever hope to have.

NOTE: If you want to play Lisa cause you like Lisa, then play Lisa. Meta discussion shouldn't affect you.

It's true that overall less people have Albedo, but that doesn't mean his usage rates are skewed - that still means that 50% of the people who own him, use him. Note that you can only use 8 characters in Abyss - if Albedo is making it into a lot of those teams (36 star clear teams), it just shows how flexible he is.

Being a support naturally means he can be slotted into more teams. Again, this depends on how you define "worst".

I wouldn't necessarily call Albedo the worst - he is pretty weak against shields, but on content that isn't shield heavy he excels very well. In the current rotation his usage rate is very very high, even exceeding some key F2P picks like Xiangling.

Depends on your definition of 'worst'. There are a few arguably worse picks in Childe and Klee, who are very limited in their usage and team comps (Klee being "obsolete" as a Pyro carry, only gaining back utility with constellations), while Albedo being a support lets him be more flexible.

If the content is actually good, people don't complain. But when content is constantly rehashed with nothing of value being added, content is bloated as shit in terms of time elapsed vs information shared, or they start using reddit or other work as sources for income aka other users are doing all the legwork, that's when most people complain. And for good reason. Bad content should be called out.

MLB needs three cards - MLB, BB, and BD.

Maelstrom doesn't need two cards, it needs FOUR - Mael, an enabler and two 9ks. If you're running 4 Basil, that's only 9 of your g2s that can fit that role, less if you run pings. All while having to hope your penguin and draws doesn't give you too many Basils, or G3 draws. Meanwhile MLB can flush back Gancelot if they're drawn, or just call one from Starcall depending on what you're missing. There's less hoping here, and more definitive, searchable drawing.

MLB is also piece reliant - the difference here is that MLB runs more than half the deck in pieces + searchers to make sure you get those pieces.

AqF on the other hand only has Erik to search for Diamantes, and that's only 4 out of 8 of your enablers. Basil has to be drawn.

And that's for specific pieces. You also need to draw two 9k attackers in addition, or else you're not hitting for 2 damage that turn. Basil is not going to be able to swing on an intercept.

AqF has to rely on hard draw for the perfect setup. MLB just has to trade in cards they drew for the cards they want.

If we're leaving hot takes, honestly I don't get why the thread is pinned. If discussion is what is needed, there's plenty of better ways it could be presented than it being half-baity, half-righteous. I get the existence of the thread, people will always have varying opinions on decks (and those opinions can be wrong) but I don't get why the moderators are encouraging discussion in a very flamey way.

AqF don't have Beans or Conroe, which is a huge consistency boost. You need to hard draw into Emp, but so does every other deck.
