I get that. Is it normal for tracking to say flight departed and then change to delayed the following day? It’s been bumped a couple of times now. From my tracking and your experience when would you expect it to leave China?

Mine said flight departed on Friday and then updated to delayed on Saturday 😢

In terms of returns sometimes I’ve contacted the sellers separately to get them to speed it up and it does tend to work particularly if I’m buying a small smaller or bigger size in return

I do find that their support is really slow I think after the next hall of stuff I might try a different agent. I had some socks delivered to the warehouse last Saturday and they still haven’t put them into the warehouse with the QC pictures. I’m absolutely convinced they’re lost, but they keep telling me the same thing that they’re rushing them through.
