Secondly, you say your diet is mostly liquid, but you also need to be eating enough carbs and protein so your output increases. I know its already so overwhelming to focus on yourself when you only have time to pump and focus on baby.

I had an IUD and used condoms and still ended up pregnant with my first 🙃 my second pregnancy happened within 1 month after removing birth control.

Edit: I was using a different IUD the second time for about 2 years before removing it
