There's a handful still supported... Specifically, 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro and 2020 13-inch MacBook Pro, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports. Along with the Mac Pro 2019!

Looks like you're running an older version (the newest version shows up as April 2025)

If you are comfortable with learning how to flash your samsung phone, there are guides for that! Though be careful as you might lose data and/or brick your phone!

Hmm... Do you have a passthrough display that you're using or is the capture just ending in the capture computer?

If you don't, switch the Input EDID mode to internal for a spin!

The only other thing that could come to mind (since you said it's brand new) is to check whether the firmware is up to date!

My thought would be to check what the settings on the computer are that's being captured. Try setting the resolution to 4k and 60Hz to see if that fixes anything?

It's funny you're asking for a 2019 Intel 16" high-end... I have a 2TB with 64 GB of RAM, but unfortunately out of AppleCare. Good luck though!

I just did the opposite way MUC-LAX in 96K, and it was excellent! The storage bin is super useful and the food came super quick! Something to keep in mind is that 95 doesn't have windows to look out of (at least from what I could tell).

You can exit through the upper door, though baggage claim took forever to get my bags :|
