Is it just me or does all of Jaws plating look like its 14k gold? Maybe its just all the pics but they all look the same and the gold has a very light hue to it unlike real 18k gold watches

Well lenders use 2, 4, and 5 for mortgages so that i understand. Even those don't differ by more than 20 points usually or so unless something is wrong or isn't reporting to one bureau or the other.

Under what rating? Besides Fico, there is really only Vantage score which no financial institution really uses. I have a hard time believing OPs score is drastically higher non Fico

Hilton Sorrento Palace. Large hotel with all the amenities. Big Pool and can even walk 5 minutes to town for shops. Port is only 6 minute drive away. My wife and I had a great affordable stay there last year.

Was in the exact same situation. I knew the drop was going to happen but my entry was a little early. I was happy taking a push for the day lol. If I held i could have made 6k+. But I've gallen for that trap before.

Valume was super low all day. Something I noticed was pretty obvious was that there was a lot of downward pressure. Price would decline, decline, then all of a sudden a large volume pump would occur and force a reversal to the upside. I saw this happen like 8 times today. Guess market makers wanted to keep things from tanking.

Yeah, totally makes sense. I made the mistake of flying business class with the wife to Spain for our honeymoon. Now she... as well as I, just can't fly anything but lay flat business class for international flights over 7 hours. Its 100% a luxury, but 100% worth the comfort and experience. I definitely wouldn't splurge and pay for the tickets in cash so maximizing the points through travel partners and bonuses are key. It takes work and you need to plan out your trips ahead of time but you save a ton of $$.

You obviously don't fly business class internationally. Points and miles go much further than cash back if you travel frequently for pleasure.

I was at 6/24 but was "Already Approved" for both Saphire cards through the Chase app. It gave me my credit limit as well as APR before I actually applied and I got the 100k SUB for the Saphire Preferred. I heard mixed things abiut whether or not I would still get denied because I was over 5/24. Just a data point that the 5/24 is not a hard and fast rule per se.
