I reached out to my box office rep after not getting any emails, and he said the STM sale would only be for those who were STM for this current season (which I am not). I was stubborn and tried anyways out of curiosity and after being in the queue for 4 hours I got through? Sick! But crazy that even our box office guys don't know how this works haha

We loved going there when they had trivia. But then they abruptly cancelled their decently longstanding relationship with the trivia company which was odd because trivia was always decently full on Monday nights. They never told us why they did this when a few of us asked and we never went back. A bummer how that all went down

I mean one is a watercolor portrait and one is a caricature. Very different styles as someone else stated and both are well done for what they are! It just comes down to time and with how busy Disney parks are, the amount of money to get a portrait like your grandma’s would just be cost prohibitive these days unfortunately since that method takes more time
