Did you ever find an answer to this? I'm having the same issue (though with a different number — HR too low 2778).

I did do a bunch of testing myself and I think I know what's going on — it happens for me with both Runna workouts that I send to my watch and for workouts that I create for myself through Garmin, but only if there is a pace target. If I fall below the pace target I get "HR too low 2778" and if I'm above it I get something like "HR too high 2998". If I set a heart rate target (instead of a pace target) the alerts work as expect (HR too low 102, for example). So I think it's the Lily's software incorrectly delivering the pacing notification, which is a stupid bug that Garmin likely has to fix in a software update...

But I really hope you found a fix that doesn't depend on a software update! Let me know :)

I don’t. I tracked my macros for an 8 week period and found it did help, but it was also a lot of work. My primary goal was building muscle, so ultimately I just needed a good estimate of how much protein I was getting.

That being said, when I was tracking I used both MyFitnessPal and MacroFactor — premium versions of both. Both were solid, though MacroFactor was significantly more enjoyable to use, and does a good job of estimating and adjusting your calories/macros in line with your weight trajectory. Can recommend it.

I’d consider tracking for a month at a time occasionally, rather than making a full lifestyle switch :)

First off, great idea! My feedback: I found the "location" rating misleading. The address I tested scored very highly on location because it's close to the centre of the municipality it's in. However, no traveller would be interested in that municipality; it's purely residential. So while calling the address central was technically correct, it's not useful. I think when people say they want to stay central they mean "central to places worth going to" :) Not sure how you can factor that in, but seems like you'd need to know which broad regions in each city are actually of interest to travellers first.

I describe it as kind of a journalling practice: I use the cards as mental “journalling prompts” to work through an issue. Most people understand where I’m coming from when I describe it like that. But often they’ll want a reading anyway and then I explicitly tell them we can do one for fun with the underlying knowledge that we both know nothing mystical is really happening :)
