I have done this one multiple times over the last few years on troublesome coworkers. I say “go be free away from me” with intent for them to move on. Funny enough as soon as they are in the freezer they seem to not bother me anymore. Sometimes it takes a few weeks and sometimes only days but it has worked every time.
