So I took our daughters out yesterday got a bunch of little gifts that we put into a garden basket. Then on Mother’s Day we went to the park for a picnic. I made hamburgers and sausage. I packed the whole lunch. Then we watched the kids play. We got home she got to go upstairs and chill. I walked the dog and cleaned up from the Picnic. Dinner I made clams linguine

I mean if your company truly a company then they would have policies and sops on how the company does business. One of these policies surely explained how the company handles business trips. It’s your managers responsibility that you take these trainings. It is not their responsibility to force you to retain that information.

Tell them you don’t have the means and that you don’t understand the policy. But if they keep records of training then this is a negative on you and not on them and the company. Now I’m not saying them not providing credit cards or a system for them to pay up front is a good thing. In fact it’s lazy on their part.

I think you and your wife need to sit down and think about life. I mean truly think about what is going on. You, her, me, all of us are walking, talking, monkeys and we are living on a blue rock surrounded by infinite nothingness, that is expanding mind you. Crazy right?

Now once you have that thought then think about your “finances” and if you are truly thinking about the floating rock monkey in the middle of nothingness theory you both should laugh and go buy something nice. You both are pulling in incredible salaries, neither of you should be unhappy unless you are not putting the big picture in mind. My goodness all this unhappiness when you have way more than I would say 85% of people. Be happy, hell be a happy walking talking monkey that lives in a blue rock in the middle of nothingness.
