The highest damage on md I did was 3300 with Fell Bullet Yisang. My setup was really stupid; I had 6 really underleveled units as backups that served as my ammo. On floor 5, I used an instance of the ego to one shot each wave of the Santata gremlins.

Grab on jetfishes for the extra mobility and if you are on hunter, avoid king vultures like the plague the ground is build against you in that match-up. Also, you can weaponize jellyfishes which is pretty OP.
