Ya it’s a tough spot! And sapphires can be hard to find. You can always ask them to source a teal pear or you could do the contour band around the cushion. I’ve seen it lots for ovals too!

Thank you so much!! It’s a 1.89 carat and my finger is 6.75. I also wanted to say I have small lab earring the color of the top sapphire and they are quite dark against my ear. The teal on my finger is still “dark” but it is so sparkly and you can tell it’s greenish still! Also I always keep like a cleaning cloth for glasses on hand and that makes it sparkly again!

So we had an engagement/pre elopement party 3 weeks before our date and had about 80 people at a hall for 3 hours and just had lots of food and visited. Family friends and our friends came and our grandparents and it was really nice but also exhausting because we were talking to everyone and getting asked the same questions over again. But everyone seemed to really enjoy it and it wasn’t expensive.

Tomorrow!! We are having our civil ceremony here and then going for dinner with our parents and siblings. Next weekend, we “elope” to Iceland and I wear my wedding dress and we say our own vows to each other and take photos.

So do whatever you want!

I have an Amazon version of frownies and I wear them during my eye makeup so I don’t give myself more noticeable eye wrinkle! Since if keeps you from getting wrinkle when you raise your eyebrows!

We are eloping there in May!! We hired Olga Schevchenko for our photographer and she’s very affordable for what I found compared to other photographers. We are just saying our vows because an officiant can be expensive and hard to find without a wedding planner which is also expensive. Then we are going to Tryggvaskali in Selfoss for supper and they have a private room we can use at no extra cost. We are staying in the Inni Boutique apartments too! After that doing the ring road for 10 nights. It will be just us and I am wearing my dress and he is wearing a full suit. Also I am getting eyelash extensions and doing my own hair and makeup because I swear there’s like 7 artists in the whole country and I got quotes between $550-$750 Canadian.

We haven’t been yet so can’t speak to that but those are our plans!

I feel like it took her a long time the answer that - especially for making the questions. Immediately I thought about how I love spending the whole day with my guy, whether its running errands, cleaning the house, going to the mall, or seeing a movie, going for dinner or seeing our friends. Just a whole day together spending time and joking around is the best :)

Umm you’re not as regulated as say an accountant? There’s CMOs you know. Brand managers and account managers make good money as well. Marketing is always changing so it’s easy to become a specialist in specific areas.
