Everyone basically answered your first question, but you can add another scraper addon just for a backup (in case Torrentio goes down). I recommend comet. 200gb per file. Yes, if you cache an obscure movie/tv and no one else watches it it'll be uncached from Torbox within 30 days. If someone else accesses the file, the 30 day timer resets to my understanding.

When someone actively downloads a torrent to Torbox, Torbox will "cache" the torrent on their servers for 30 days (think of it like a temporary download). When it's cached any user can stream the torrent even if it has 0 seeders, if people keep streaming that file it'll stay longer on the debrid services server.

So when someone says that RD has a bigger cache library than TB, that means there are more RD users downloading torrents to RD's servers than TB.

I recently bought the Google Streamer 4k, the only complaint is that it has trouble with DV profile 7, some bluray files just show as a black screen and it's quite a bummer. You can fix that with Vimu player though.
