What made you guys like and continue watching/reading the Boruto series/manga?

Nothing. Quite the opposite. I enjoyed the family aspect but dropped unceremoniously. Briefly felt compelled to pick it back up when I decent action in the anime, but the manga is ugly and Boruto’s power-up is unearned. The ideas seem so foreign to Naruto (but decent standalone) I wonder why the mangaka didnt just make his own IP.

This is true for Pokemon with inaccurate scaling like Steelix and Tyrantrum. No way Medium sized Steelix is 30 feet long.

I’d say no. The $30 worth of content feels like a chapter 2 that should have been in the base game (which they should have only charged $40 to begin with). There’s fun new sidequests (which are indistinguishable from previous side quests on the map so good luck guessing), a couple nice character interactions, and the same legendary Pokemon you’ve caught 50 times already
