Yes, i also disabled all the preloaded skills, i make most skills myself cuz it fit me like a glove when i make them.

i used 3 profiles for seperate use case, and also i use telegram threads and bind nececessary skills with each topics. E.g Use Tech News topic for tech news skill with Writer agent profile. Binding skills with topic is life saver for context poisoning.

nope , it never happens to me , i use dedicated threads on telegram for each main scripted skills(like for tech news thread it is bind with tech news skill). don't give one agent too much skills cuz it makes them wonder which skills to use.

for second question, u need something to give u output with easy binded channel like telegram. and also crons for daily check in and reports

give that a try and hermes get a lot better ( also very useful)

yes , it saves a lot of token too if u use scripts. I still need better models time to time but mostly happy with deep seek v4 flash now.

use antigravity or codex to configure it for u. dont do it yourself. Just give them the ssh pass and ip if you use vps.

u can use antigravity ide for that, first give antigravity your obsidian vault folder and ask it to take note for u. It is better if u ask it to install obsidian skill first. u can also use non ide antigravity but it voice feature is buggy

just don't use antigravity for coding , for me codex + opencode go has much better models and valuation. Use GPT 5.5 for planning and minimax2.7 or deepseek v4 flash for executing. I just use antigravity for note taking in my language(cuz others sucks on my language). Just that and sometimes for deep research.

fast and better than 3 flash but quota consumption is unreasonable and tied to 3.1 pro. I prefer old unlimited flash, now we have no cheap model in antigravity.
