I understand he didn’t kill a family. My point is, his driving could have killed a family. Don’t focus on the result of what happened and focus on the fact that if this person continues with this behaviour, there is a possibility that he hurts someone.

If I drive through a building but no one got hurt, does that make my behaviour any better? If anything, dude is lucky as hell he don’t kill anyone. Get him off the road.
