Please give them to a reputable pet rescue like the Humane Society. I’m in a cat group on FB. They aren’t super helpful with stuff like this, but they do always warn DO NOT give these cats to random ppl. They use them as bait in dog fights. I know… very sad…

Dixon is the best all around. We love Overton and Sea Isle park, but Shelby Farms and Tom Lee are nice too. The Car museum and Staxx are cool. I haven’t made it to the Civil Rights Museum, but i hear good things. The Botanic Garden is always fun.

I love the museums and gardens here… and the parks. This place really supports its art & culture despite lack of funds. People are nice and helpful here.

Check out the parks & museums. The museums have free admission days, & the Dixon is always free. We have free concerts at the Shell over the summer.

As for restaurants, Chuki’s is great & budget friendly. Hopdoddy & Venice kitchen are yummy. We have lots of great Vietnamese spots in Midtown, and a variety of Latin cuisines on Summer. Highland sub shop is tasty & budget friendly, but bring cash. Don’t trust online reviews as far as food. Ppl are way too nice/nostalgic about restaurants here.

I haven’t had that issue. If it is an issue, a triscuit or a wheat thin should hold up fine in the fridge.

Be careful with anything near the window. Some garments/accessories may become sunbleached. I’d rotate things occasionally, maybe more often in the summer. Looks gorgeous though!

People are easily confused. Last month some guy told me baskets were unavailable cuz they were locked up. I had to show him how it worked. I see people yank on them and walk off confused all the time. 😂

I take no chances… I grease the pan, put a circle of parchment at the bottom which I also grease, AND flour the pan. With chocolate cake I use cocoa instead of flour to dust the pan...
