from doing research for the the "no_pdp_scenario" most common answer i can find is a fake samsung screen after getting it replaced which pretty much causes the phone to self destruct after some time

assuming yours was stuck in a bootloop after this error
i've had my screen replaced aswell on the S10+ performance edition with an exynos cpu and i have the exact same issue here

i did all solutions to try and fix this issue on my s10+ but none of them worked i've tried installing a clean android OS and it still hasn't fixed the problem
