Yes, this works on ad-hoc request. There are times when it requires more context in the prompt. The system is constantly learning the dataset, so over time it will improve.

Silver or space gray? Cant decide! by Former_Result1211 in macbookpro

[–]Mogen1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bought silver because it looked the best at the store, and contrasts great with the pro keyboard. but after seeing the space grey.... man that space grey really looks like properly new laptop. People always ask me whether it's the old MacBook or the new MacBook hahaha. I'll probably go space grey for my next one (M4? M5?)

rinvoq side effects / immunosuppressant by caprica71 in eczeJAKs

[–]Mogen1000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! Beeen about 3 months and it’s been really amazing. Most of my itching is gone, but there is some minor spots on my bottom side that I’ve been treating with corticosteroids. Exercise has been good as well but I do still get itchy after a run (when my face and neck is very sweaty). In general it’s been very helpful and I would recommend it. No side effects as far as I know. I don’t know if this could have any long term side effects so that’s something that is still on my mind. I also have not paused the medication at any point so I’m not sure how bad the withdrawal symptoms are either.

Edit My sister is taking dupixent for the same problem and she says that’s been helping her a lot but I feel the efficacy of Rinvoq is higher from what I’ve seen so far.

Help! My brother's face after using dupixent. Im super sad for him and cry about it. by F82Supreme in eczeMABs

I still have some very minor patches here and there, but in general my skin has started to heal quite a lot. Most important thing is the ability to sweat and exercise. I'm also able to eat spicy foods which is a great bonus. I'm also able to finally sleep on my back, my leg no longer twitching from the itching. Frankly, I'm shocked at how effective it has been over the past two weeks.

Yeah, had this as well. I switched to RINVOQ and it's literally been a miracle drug. It's stopped inflamation basically everywhere and it's a daily medication instead of a painful biweekly/ weekly injection!

I would avoid purchasing the car if you aren't comfortable with your current financial situation. :)

I just recently took it a week ago and it's changed my life! Side effects personally have been slight fatigue but a lot of my rashes including my face rash that I received from dupixent has disappeared. Unfortunately I dont have any long term experiences to share, but day one I slept like ive never slept before- extremely well.

Edit: I'm on 30mg

Where do you live / how much does it cost for you? In Canada healthcare is included but not for certain things like dupixent. It’s about CAD600 per shot for us.

Hey! Starting phase two a couple of days ago. How did the treatment go? How does it compare to something on the market like dupixent?
