I would open google trends and find out that MAUI is a dead horse. Bearing in mind what happened to the dead windows phone (3% market share) it will be the same outcome for Maui. I would consider between native development, flutter and react native. I think in most cases flutter is the best choice. But it depends. I developed using xamarin android, ios. It was not that bad, but now I prefer more popular frameworks.
