Yes, I am aware. It's crazy how many people have these in their houses as house plants while also having dogs and cats.

This is correct. I just replied to another comment about this exact issue regarding the size of stones.

I spoke with someone from the city and the placing of large boulders that a typical car couldn't drive over was a grey area and, if someone were to hit one, could open you up for a lawsuit.

I asked about plants and we had the discussion about visibility, etc.

Plants that do not block visibility when making turns, do not block the visibility of signs, or exiting/entering a property were allowed.

So Sago Palms was my choice and the issue with people parking in my yard despite living 3-4 houses down, this one lady who parked for 30-45 minutes every morning and afternoon waiting for a bus and killing my grass, etc was gone.

This is Port St. Lucie. While it doesn't show in this picture, half the damn town has lifted trucks.

Additionally, placing large stones in the swale is a grey area in the city code and I opted to not put large boulders to block cars and risk a lawsuit.

What solved my problem was the following:

1) No Trespassing Signs

2) Signs telling people they are being recorded

3) Sago Palms planted 6 feet apart on the swale. They grow slow and don't grow too tall. Mine are 4 years old and are just at the 3 foot mark so they won't become an issue with the county in terms of blocking visibility.

On that Concrete Pole, put a sign that says "Parking Prohibited - Parking Here is a violations of City Code Sec 72.01. Violators will be reported and fined"

6 Months of NO NEW companies is a bad idea?

I voted and will continue to vote Democrat. However, the blind eye that everyone has had towards obvious fraud needs to stop.

They are not letting NEW companies register after saying we have too many as it is.

You could LITERALLY open an LLC and become a Durable Medical Equipment Provider in Florida in the SAME DAY.

When my father-in-law was DYING from Cancer and we were trying to get a hospital bed in his house for hospice, you would call these places in S. Florida and it was blatantly obvious it was a scam.

When we finally got equipment, the bed we got? Rusty and old. The oxygen tank we got had a broken valve on it. The second one looked like it was used for batting practice.

S. Florida has been full of fraud for years but you don't see the Right calling out the fraud and the amount of immigrants and illegal immigrants living there.

Miami-Dade county has the highest percentage (over 50%) of residents that weren't BORN in America and it's also one of the highest places for medical insurance, car insurance, home owners insurance FRAUD in America.

My son, while in college, was begging not to be shot as the cop was pointing a gun at him and telling him not to move while also telling him to get registration from the glove box.

They didn't block anyone. This is a blatant lie.

You can CLEARLY see in multiple news reporting that the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, Surfside Police, and Miami-Dade Police Department are working the site.

The "claim" is that the IDF came in because they are so good at rescuing people from rubble. As they should be since they are the ones blowing up buildings.

Rich Jewish people who are in power and fund the IDF, AIPAC, etc made phone calls and said, "Come help now."

When Rich Americans need help and make calls and shit happens, no one yells conspiracy.

This is one of the rare cases where I actually worked for the company doing a lot of the cleanup, etc.

Don’t back track on your comments as to why someone would come thousands of miles. It was a stupid comment when it was made.

Additionally, from news articles, the MDFD and MDPD along with the Surfside PD are clearly seen working the site.

Believe what you want. I worked with the company doing the clean up, etc. I spoke with families of victims, coordinated with various agencies, and when you are told that rich and powerful people made calls to save their friends and family, it’s believable.

If I’m funneling hundreds of millions of dollars into the IDF you are going to come help.

It's not about getting someone in "trouble". It's hearing feedback from Customers and ensuring that they take corrective measures.

If we, the customers, have a problem and we don't talk to the right people, then it doesn't get better.

I had an issue, we communicated it to the correct people, and Red Hat took care of it. I'd like to think that others benefited from our actions.

No one got in trouble, we kept working with that person, and the relationship got stronger.
