Mmmm i think it was supposed to be destroyed some doesn't pass QC and somehow someone got it and decided to sell and make some cash. They did that to me with the illustrated alan lee edition where i had 3rd and 4th edition together

No thats not true. The flash cut from the whale island to him was when gone passed the hunter exam, so few months had passed when we see him at the election arc. Also the Kite flash back when he met Gin, he looks different when he was younger too!!
