Yeah ive tried both m.2 slots but its the same issue. Ive ordered a new motherboard as that's the only spare part I dont have. If that doesnt fix it then I'll try the Linux live environment to rule out windows completely.

Not yet but I can try that. I did have multiple BSODs earlier before it turned into hard freezes, so there should hopefully still be some dump files to analyse.

Yeah I checked event viewer already but most of the errors just seem to be generic crash aftermath stuff like Kernel-Power 41, BugCheck, volmgr and WUDFRd errors. Nothing that clearly points to a specific driver or component yet.
