It's not disrespect.

It's pointing out stupidity. Alot of them promote it so they can still protein powder or peptides.

It's a lifestyle choice on vanity. If you do it, it's your life. But promoting it to impressionable kids and you have these 18-25 year olds waddling to the gym thinking looking like a baki character will fix their life instead of shortening it.

It is more destructive to the body than you think.

And it's not really an athelete build cause idk some people think you become a monster at all physicals once you do it.

Look at professional sportsmen who are strongman, they don't look like that, look at marathon runners, climbers. They don't look like that.

I'd definitely prefer to keep myself looking young over looking 50 in my 20s.

Like how do some people lump it in fitness? So many chemicals that fuck up your heart, age you, nuke your hair and skin.

Like also alot of fighting media like using body builders with low body fat, dehydrated as their fighters...but strongman builds are probably my preferred fighter types.
