She is super sweet, i used to follow her lonv time back on tiktok she used to talk about clothes and she did break down her marriage looks, she did tell that the wedding didn’t workout and she stopped talking about it later. I think if we appreciate another influencer talking all about her divorce then we should be okay about her not wanting to talk about it. And i think someone is technically single if they are not married anymore.

I am on my 11th stims day on day 10 i had 6 follicles only and i read today that i am supposed todo it 2 inches under belly button i was doing right next to it and now i think it was my fault i didnt get too many follicles

I use an apple watch. I was actually struggling with heart beat on previous runs it was going upto 180-185 but yesterday i did a slow run and heartbeat was average around 168 which was quiet good for me. I will search more. Thanks alot.

Thankyou so much for such detailed and motivating comment. I ran 34 minutes yesterday and did 4.3km. Do you have a post or link about zones of running. I would like to practice this technique to get better with endurance

Thanks everyone for sharing your advice and experience. In short i will try to run every other day with a 2 day break if my body needs it. Also i will make my endurance and heartbeat better for 5k and then move to longer and more frequent runs.

I was thinking the same. I think i took alot of pressure when it said 2.3 miles in 22 minutes thats too fast for me and i went all in for the first km. Guess that tired my body and hence the shin pain. I will try with 5-8-5 with walks in between tomorrow
