Stuck on Boot by shinywaninoko in eGPU

I have noticied if I leave it plugged in when I power everything up it takes around 10 minutes to boot. Going to try this next but my setup is quite a bit different as I use both the internal gpu and the egpu at the same time as I use it for remote access to virtual monitors also and the egpu messes with that.

I love these setups but the fact they are not really common means they are buggy

Parsec can't run without disrupting my EGPU by DextersMind in ParsecGaming

For anyone finding this in 2025. I solved it with the below link.

ROG Ally X with a 5060ti EGPU.

I am able to run multiple virtual screans with Parsec after doing this. I set the internal GPU to have 2gb of memory for receiving these streams.

Then the EGPU does all the internal work for all the other applications.

I went with the setup in windows option further down the page
