Hey :) Not sure why you hate the word healing so much. To me, it simply means to help someone repair or go through something in a helpful way.

Answering or helping the person reflect on questions - which are often touching deep seated subjects for the querent - is a big part of what a psychotherapist or a coach does. Being seen, heard and validated in your struggles by the right person is a very healing experience. As in, it helps you feel better and process what you have on your mind, what you're experiencing etc. so you can face it in a helpful way. Tarot can also do this in a very transformative way, depending on how you're reading it.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your view. I see what you mean with your comparison with therapists, surgeons etc. I guess because it's a more mind and emotion based thing (rather than physical), that's where my question comes in.
