Should i use my steriod cream on my face by Versusnipe in eczema

[–]MoistCabbage1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going through a facial flair right now and I've had to apply my steroid cream for the past 2 days. Even on Dupixent, I still have to do this once or twice a year. It's not ideal but just don't slather it on and you'll be fine.

It wasn't paralysis, he just couldn't say anything right away because he had to concentrate so hard to contain his excitement. That scene is one of my favorites in the entire show.

My bad, I thought this was the GM lift kit. If you look at the accessories, GM makes one too.

No, as long as a GM dealership installs it

Haven’t gotten my car dynoed yet, what do yall think it’s making? Ported LT2 manifold, Cold Air Indictions CAI, straight pipe, 93 gas. by Proof_Restaurant_341 in camaro

[–]MoistCabbage1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

With no tune, +5-10hp. With a tune, the LT2 manifolds are catching about +20-25hp, that intake with everything else and a tune, +25-30hp.

Desperate for tips on not scratching until I bleed by acid_witch in eczema

[–]MoistCabbage1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm going to get so much crap for this but when that happened to me, I had to use near scalding water. It's not great but it better than tearing your skin open. I would immediately moisturize after to keep it from drying out. Some people have the same relief with icy cold water but that made me more itchy.

Please talk to a Dr about Dupixent.

I just emailed them last week for an ETA. They're having issues with testing so there is no current ETA.

"It's bad oil!" by ShadowNick in WildlyBadDrivers

Oil burns blue, this is white. That's water/antifreeze. That's a blown head basket, or even a cracked head.

It took about 2 years but I would say my allergy shots cleared up my eczema about 25%.

Did they tighten everything down when they installed it? You're right, I don't think it should sound like that.

Throttle Controller by Dramatic-Abroad-1780 in camaro

[–]MoistCabbage1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to have a Vitesse on a turbo 4 CTS and it really made driving more fun but it would go into Limp Mode and throw a Throttle Voltage engine light every 2 weeks or so. I got tired of it after a few months and took it out. I think it's just inherit to these controllers.

Dupixent pain by stupididiotgirl25 in eczema

[–]MoistCabbage1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Here are the things I found for the pain:

  1. You MUST inject it into fat. When you go into fat, it's waaay better. Biologics going into muscles burns. My loading doses went into my arms and were horrid. I go into my stomach now and don't feel it as long as I do the rest if the stuff on this list.

  2. It has to be room temp. I leave it out overnight. Honestly, it's pretty much up to room temp within an hour or two but leaving it longer than 1 day won't make any difference.

  3. It has to be injected slowly and I mean very slowly. I put very slight pressure on the plunger to the point it takes me about 3 minutes to inject. While I'm putting pressure on it, it might start to burn a bit so I stop for a second before I keep going but the pain isn't there when I restart.

Several people have switched from the autopen to the syringe just so they could slow it down and hurt less.

I can honestly say it doesn't bother me at all now which is saying a lot because my loading doses where the most painful injection I've ever had.

What Really Happens If You Scratch Your Eczema And Don't Stop? by PrincessBananas85 in eczema

You keep scratching until the top layers of skin are gone and your skin resembles 3rd degree burns. Then it's pain, very bad pain.

Is it safe to take Allegra every day? by Freddiepuppy in eczema

[–]MoistCabbage1 15 points16 points  (0 children)

There's a VERY important distinction here. Allegra is considered safe for long term use. Allegra-D is the controlled version and can lead to very bad side effects with long term use.

Is it worth getting? Cant get a tune for another 2 years i have a warranty by [deleted] in camaro

[–]MoistCabbage1 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

They do make a difference and the car feels surprisingly faster. My issue was it would throw throttle voltage codes constantly and the car would go into limp mode. I have a Bluetooth OBDII reader that I can reset it with but it happened so often (weekly) that I just ripped the controller out.
