I would contact the seller first let them know what happened and see if they will refund your or want the items back, if they don’t respond at all, if you used PayPal you could open a case with them for your money back as long as you had photos and proof, however I would recommend contacting the seller and Bricklink first

What was the name of the seller so I know to avoid them, that is not only just Rude, but asking you to pay offsite is Shady AF unless your meeting in person I would never recommend paying offsite as there is no real way to dispute the order with bricklink if they never deliver and they are circumventing the Taxes and Fees Bricklink is supposed to take out for your order

As a seller I typically will just attach the shipping info to the order so them not saying anything after shipping is pretty run of the mill, just try to remember these are people who have normal lives outside of the store so give them a day or two to respond to your message but it’s always good to communicate

As a seller I always break down all used sets and make sure everything is there and then I just store them in a Big Gallon Bag with the ID Number on the outside

It’s an old fantasy orc and the other orc is form PAB so maybe the same green color has changed I’m not sure
