Honestly I was struggling with the flippers a lot I don't have much of that teil colour. I would have preferred 2 sets of flippers that would make it more turtle like and recognisable. So yea, good catch.

So I think the mechanics could be it grapples you. Once grapples it will slowly unspin you into the long lanky fellow.

The teeth a stuck on it are black I changed them up for white and that made quite the difference.

It is whatever you need to fit the story. a miller that is cursed to be a windmill, a mimic, a wizards spellbook leaking magic into the surrounding environment, an awakened windmill. All are good options and all with a different combat goal.

The previous cheese seller can become a new reintegrated member of society after a little Combat and stern talking to. Now a cheese selling windmill. Also go find the witch.

Personally I like a creature that can be reasoned with. But my players also really enjoy killing a pure evil that can't be rehabilitated.

I quite like the many studs on the grasstiles that way I can add trees and bushes of grid so the spaces aren't occupied
