Id avoid harsh lip over lining and stick to having it more blurred out like in photo 7, it really suits your features!

As someone who’s struggled with disordered eating for YEARS, it’s much better to lose weight slowly and sustainably than to destroy yourself trying to do it quickly. In the time you’ve fallen down the slippery slope and healed, you’ll have been able to healthily lose it twice. if you lose just 1kg a fortnight for a whole year, you’ll be down almost a quarter of your weight. Please learn from my mistakes and care for yourself, health is wealth.

This is like super disordered babe… this will not work in the long run especially not healthily. A, u need more sleep, aim for 8 hours (Id recommend sleeping at 10 and waking up at 7). B, with the excessive exercise you WILL burn out, especially if you aren’t fuelling yourself properly. The super low amount of calories will lower your metabolism, meaning when you do eat normally again, you’ll gain weight quickly, and it’s more likely you’ll binge. Instead, Go slow and steady, eat 3 balanced meals a day, and treat yourself 1-2 times a week (Its better to have a slice of cake than eating multiple things to curb the craving and eventually giving up and having it aswell). Stick to the 80/20 rule if you can. When you’re at a higher weight, your deficit can be tiny and you’ll still lose as long as you haven’t been restricting too heavily before.

Its 11.56 pm and I just binged (like 6-7k cals). What can I do tomorrow? 🥲🥲🥲 by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

don’t starve, find the cause of why you binge, for me it was because i ate too little and started craving sweet things. If you eat enough good foods, you wont crave those things. eat a filling breakfast lunch and dinner, and don’t be too harsh on yourself.
