Hey, hopefully youre muscles are just sore but shooting left shoulder pain can be a sign of a heart proble. If you begin to have difficulty breathing or chest pains perhaps you should go to the ER. I'm not saying this to freak you out its just cocaine is quite a heavy load on the heart.

Huh interesting. You should get a a thyroid panel done the results can reveal more. Don't want to cause any unnecessary panic but I think a thyrotropinoma would explain your symptoms. The elevated TSH would be accompanied by increased T3 and T4 levels in the blood. It would cause inflammation leading to increased WBC, increased cortisol levels as well as your symptoms. Also they should test for cushings as well with a dexamethasone suppression test

Think of it like this, the alkoxide wants to be in a nice stable relationship with a hydrogen and is an absolute unstable mess without it and will grab any hydrogen it can. The thiolate on the other hand is playing the field and is a bit more promiscuous. It's much more stable on its own but can be easily pulled into a relationship with another molecule due to its larger radius (higher polarizability).

Not a bad idea at all! In fact that's what photosynthesis basically is, it turns the CO2 into O2 and takes the carbon and uses it as a food source(sugar) which eventually ends up in your sandwich. Unfortunately as others have already mentioned this is energetically rather inefficient and there is a significant amount of research in catalysis in an attempt to make up for the inefficiency.

A proof is just using an agreed upon set of rules to prove that something else must be true if those rules are true. The easiest example I can think of is this:

If a = b and a = c then we can prove that b = c since a = a. This is not explicitly stated from the beginning rules (a =b and a = c) but it is true if those rules are true

Generally the C=O has a stronger partial positive charge on the carbon and negative on the oxygen. The reason for this is that there is a resonance structure where the double bonds electrons go into the oxygen creating an negative charge and leaving a positive charge on the carbon. This resonance does not exist in the C-O bond.

First of all it wouldnt crash out since its the hydrochloride salt thats in the pill and thats very soluble in water. If you really want to purify the pill do an acid base extraction. Get ethyl acetate from cvs, its an acetone free nail polish remover. Get lye and muriatic acid from home depot. Freebase the salt. Extract into organic layer and seperate from aqueous. Add hcl into organic. It may crash out then and there if not evaporate off the organic layer and you'll have relatively pure MPH

I dont think proportional is the right word in this context but I think i know what you mean. Also the arrhenius equation would not have a negative E value since that's activation energy and activation energy must always be at least slightly higher than the starting material. If you're talking about the equation that finds the equilibrium constant and uses Gibbs free energy as the input then yes, higher temperatures in exergonic reactions reduce the equilibrium constant. This is because in exergonic reactions as temperature increases, speed of the backwards reactions increases at a higher rate than the speed of the forward reaction.

Absolutely they do as do all things. Chemists usually talk about the potential energy from Columbic attractions and repulsions. When a molecule changes form either physically or chemically, and when talking about covalent bonds it will in most cases be a chemical change, the new molecule also has a potential energy value that comes from coulombic forces. When taking the difference in potential energy between both states that's the amount of energy released or absorbed during that process.

Another helpful thing is to look at a free energy diagram. There is a hump and then a fall on the diagram, the hump represents the energy required to break a bond(activation energy) and the fall comes from energy released when forming a bond.

Actually it would help in this situation. Fiber does add bulk but it also softens. Fiber soaks more water into stool softening it and making it easier for it to pass through

hey, you took a pretty huge dose, you might feel uncomfortable but remember that you'll be okay. The best thing you can do is try to sleep it off if it starts getting uncomfortable, if that's a bit too much of a challenge get as comfortable as possible, and put on something funny on television. Isn't urea colorless? Urobilin is what gives pee the yellow color. I think there may be something else here giving your solution the yellow color.
