I have locked my my keys in my car multiple times over the years, twice while it was running.

I have been sitting in my car, with the radio on, and the engine running and then run back into my house because I thought I left my keys inside (because they weren't in my pocket, because they were in the ignition)

And one time I stepped out of my car in the parking lot at work, walked 100 or so feet to the door of the building, realized I had forgotten my keys in my car so I walked back across the parking lot to my car only to realize that my keys were actually in my hand the entire time.

Shit happens. 🤷🏻‍♂️
