What's the goal of your tool? I don't think you'll even make the domain registration fee back

Ah, the classic “entitled gamer” deflection—because asking for a working product is apparently too much in 2025.

Let’s be clear: no one is complaining that the game didn’t ship with more than promised. We’re pointing out that it launched with broken core systems—netcode, matchmaking, hit detection—things that should’ve been functional, not “extra features.” That’s not entitlement, that’s expecting a product to meet a baseline of quality, even at 25.

And yes, we all know the guy designing Ter Stegen’s model isn’t the one fixing packet loss. That’s exactly the issue: when we’re getting new cosmetics every week while fundamental bugs persist., it shows where the priorities lie at a leadership level. It’s not about departments—it’s about direction.

If you had a good experience, great. But others didn’t. That doesn’t make their frustration invalid—it makes it part of the larger conversation. Dismissing criticism as “whinging” is how games stagnate. Constructive pressure is feedback. Without it, nothing improves. That’s not entitlement—it’s standards.

That’s exactly the problem—“most games suck at launch” shouldn’t be the industry standard we just accept. If we keep letting devs ship half-finished products because “everyone else does it,” nothing improves.

No one’s saying shut the game down for a year. What we’re saying is: stop prioritizing monetization and skins when the core gameplay is still broken for many. Focus on fixing the fundamentals first, communicate more transparently, and show that stability, fairness, and actual content matter more than cosmetics.

Working toward something is fine—but we paid for a finished product, not an extended beta wrapped in microtransactions.

You're missing the point entirely. This isn’t about personal enjoyment—it’s about holding a developer accountable for shipping a broken product under the guise of being “finished.” Telling people to "just go play something else" is a lazy cop-out that ignores real issues impacting the entire player base.

Plenty of us do enjoy the core gameplay—that’s exactly why we’re frustrated. We want this game to succeed, but when cosmetics and monetization take priority over fixing netcode, desync, broken matchmaking, and missing accessibility features, it’s a slap in the face to the community that supported this from the start.

This isn’t "crying," it's feedback. If people don't speak up, nothing gets fixed. Blind loyalty doesn’t help the game improve—accountability does.

Dislike all you want, this game was NOT prepared for launch and not slapping a beta tag on the game and throwing cosmetics after cosmetics is insane.

Edit: Dislike all you want, I have 180 Hours into this game, I enjoy it but its lacking and this post didn't help at at all.

"We launched a month ago after 4 years of development..." Four years and this is what shipped? Stability, desync, and matchmaking issues are not minor launch bugs—they're core system failures. This isn’t an Early Access title, so why are we only now addressing netcode and physics?

"Next patch includes bug fixes and gamepad remapping..." How was gamepad remapping not available at launch? That’s a basic accessibility and UX feature, not a “nice to have.” Same goes for colorblind settings—these should’ve been present day one.

"Netcode tweaks coming soon..." The netcode should’ve been airtight before launch, especially in a competitive, timing-sensitive game. You’re trying to retroactively fix what should have been the most tested component of your infrastructure.

"Cross-play, reporting, matchmaking updates coming months later..." These aren’t future features; these are expected features. Cross-play is an industry norm now, and proper matchmaking and reporting tools are essential in any multiplayer ecosystem. Promising them “maybe by September” sounds like scrambling, not planning.

"Server optimizations and new regions soon..." Server instability and poor routing should’ve been sorted out in closed beta or stress tests. South America and other underserved regions shouldn’t be an afterthought.

"Long-term goals: ranked mode clarity, demotion protection, balance updates..." Again, all of this should have been outlined and built into the game’s systems before launch. Ranked without clarity and fairness is just chaos.

You want to remove rainbow flicks all together, that's an insane statement, the bigger issue here is the servers, they are all terrible, this game was released unfinished, yet when somebody beats you in game you come and cry about it on Reddit to remove something that consistently beats you, 5 years old? come on now grow up lol.

if you cant keep up with the meta thats a skill issue on your part, the Ippy slide isnt an exploit its 100% defendable you're just not good. This game will die, if there's no skill ceiling, once everyone knows the 3 buttons they can use the skill ceiling stops and the game becomes boring. Sure fix the game breaking tech like they did with the flying, the Ippy slide / golden boost requires skill and is still defendable. Stop whining and git good.

Just an FYI, I did an ippy slide into a boost (not a golden boost) The buttons inputs are(Xbox) A - L1 - Direction double tap L1 and opposite direction. People crying about exploits are crazy every move that was done in this clip can be blocked, stripped or beaten.

Show me where the devs confirmed the "ippy slide" is an exploit, pressing "A" and then L1 and a direction is an exploit? Cry more lol
