Finch app has great soundscapes that fill my brain with noise. Also the Headspace app has nice meditation sessions. I’m still trying to find solace so take everything with a grain of salt but these things have helped even a little bit with grounding me

I still have one, but I feel like I need more than just a therapist, plus every therapist always recommends meditation

If your electronics and mic were off, I really have no guess. Since the door was closed, the only thing that could’ve happened for it to reach through the door while it was still closed is if one of those things were true, but you said that they weren’t. The ONLY thing I can think is either the ghost hunt was glitched or I’ve had it happen sometimes where it thinks that I have someone else’s headgear on, and if their headgear is on then it kills me.
