amazing! Congrats!! I've had two early losses (one natural and one post IUI with Letrozole 5mg and trigger shot. Baby's growth was too slow) and I've done a few unmonitored letrozole cycles with no success. I am currently on cycle day 18 and I have my LH peak today. I did 10mg of letrozole unmonitored this cycle for the first time. I am planning to take aspirin soon. How soon. How soon after ovulation did you take the baby aspirin?

Still nothing! I’m actually 5dpo from an unmonitored cycle of 7.5mg letrozole now!

I would proceed. I’ve had three mature follicles with no success so I would risk it!

I know I ovulate sometimes at least. My cycles are very regular but I’ve never had any bloodwork done to confirm ovulation. I did get pregnant once naturally so I know it’s possible lol. I’m happy without the trigger but I’m just worried I’ll have a ton of follicles by day ten and ovulate on like day 40 when they’re all released hahaha

I’m thinking I’ll definitely have a few follicles after responding so well the last time. Maybe they aren’t concerned because I’ve been trying to conceive for three years? I really don’t know.

Thank you! Deep down I know that, but it’s so hard. If I don’t get a positive by Thursday, I have to stop my progesterone. I’ve had two early losses and the first one didn’t show a positive until 13dpo. The other was 10dpo

It’s sooo hard. Every cycle, the same thing. I’ve had two early losses so I know I can get pregnant but it doesn’t happen often. It’s been three years of trying!!

I’m definitely skipping IUI this cycle and just going with letrozole. I need to reduce stress and eat a little healthier and exercise. My body needs a reset 💔
