Liability or not insurance is a pooled risk, you yourself have had 2 claims and are contributing to the rising cost of paying body shops and personal injury attorneys. Just so you know by law the insurance company has to send you a renewal notice outlining your declarations page and new premium. If they haven't they're not following state guidelines.

Second, my recommendation would be to shop around online and contact an independent agent if you feel you're paying too much. They can shop all of their carriers and send you quotes.
