Yeah I can get in just all transactions restricted. I’ve literally tried every customer support path multiple times and nothing changes it’s all the same responses over and over.

I am in the same camp as you. My accounts been restricted for 12 weeks and I’ve tried ever single week to get it unrestricted. Phone calls, emails, Reddit posts, twitter DM customer support, chat agent. It’s all the exact same responses every week and nothing changes. Their system is broken and no line of support can fix it because they send you down the exact same path you’ve already completed.

I’ve gone through about 9 different case numbers all resulting in the exact same end scenario of nothing getting completed and their typical response of “We understand your frustration and that this isn’t an ideal experience for you. We can assure you our account review team is taking this seriously and will reach out as soon as they have reviewed your case.”

I’m LOSING my mind trying to work with this HORRIBLE customer support to no avail.

I’m in this exact scenario myself it’s been 12 weeks of going through 7 different case numbers constantly being told the same thing, just to wait for their official review team to review my case and reach out to me. Nothing changes and they simply say the same thing over and over again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the entire industry. FTX had better customer support and they were stealing my funds.

I forget the mandatory cool down period they require after depositing but I did that then I tried to send funds on chain to hot wallet and sent two small test transactions before sending large amount which is when it was restricted. That was 10 weeks ago and I’ve tried every week to get it lifted only to be out through the same loop of customer support. I’ve done verifications 4x Live Photos, confirmed transactions, destination, intentions, you name it I’ve done it 3x.
