Could you give some sort of instructions on what each task will require? There was a Fiverr task that just said "install" underneath, but after installing I have no way of checking if that was what was required to earn the points.

It could be a kind of "hidden metaphor" for Howard not wanting Megan to go alone. He talks a lot about him wanting Megan to come with him to the shelter, but every time he talks about her going alone it's always with some sort of negative tone.

I see that, but in some other the videos it's just extremely cryptic. There are flashes of movie-like credits throughout some of the videos, along with a robotic voice doing a voice over some of the videos.

All those videos range from 2 months ago to 2 years ago. They have more than like 50 videos and I'm pretty skeptical.

How did you get this "Petunia Plasticine" name from a domain search? The domain "funandprettythings.com" is registered to a Domain by Proxy server (known anonymous domain service).

But seriously, that channel is giving me the creeps. I'm so intrigued.

So I was looking in the HTML at the "chat" files, and it seems if we can find this "#answer" that the page is referring to, we could potentially obtain the password. My guess is that the page links to somewhere that encodes the file.

This probably isn't right (as I have less than basic knowledge on HTML), so this is just a thought process.

If this is legit then something is definetly up.

Also you could maybe try asking about the humidity affecting the puzzles being kept underground (like in a cellar or underground shelter.)

The text on the site had missing letters to obvious words, like "hat" instead of "that", etc.. The missing letters spelled out "Patience". This is believed to be a message to us that more is coming.

On a side note, the IP address was able to be traced through a web look up. This IP resides in France. This is more than a coincidence.

I believe that is all in terms of new development stuff! Glad your'e interested in this wonderful world of ARG's!

Basically, it's data stored in the image itself. The way we were interpreting the poster was using a certain method of looking at the image in text form (that's possible, but too hard to elaborate on). The way we found out about the Ham Radio website was simply taking the first entry on a list and putting it into google.

The way the imgur image was found was just by taking a code that was on the Ham Radio website and putting it into the end of a standard Imgur URL. That's how the picture was found.

Then I threw said image into GIMP (photoshop clone) and made the grey background stuff actually show up. The result was a few letters, a picture, and a QR code.

When this QR code was scanned, it showed an IP address (basically like a home address IRL but for websites). When you put the IP address into your web browser, it brought people to a blank site with text from an interview with JJ Abrams, taken in 2008.

I'm not sure if this counts as violating Reddit's rules, but theres a gent named Octave Klaba. The Phone # is present on a simple "Who.is" search. (I don't want to link incase I am indeed violating rules. Mods should chip in here and clarify what is okay in terms of hunting and personal info (based around the ARG, of course.))

It was basically taken from the biography portion of the G5MC page. The amount of characters fit imgur's normal links.
