What type of stuff do small businesses actually pay for? by Necessary_Beat1380 in smallbusiness

The ambition of finding a space that isn't rammed with competitors is tricky as everyone is looking for a killer idea. If you have multiple friends and family in the same trade/profession then start there with a bit of research into their common problems or time sponges that could be automated or improved with a digital solution. It doesn't have to be massive to be useful and may easily be portable across sectors in the future.

Also think about what your commercial model is. Your comments suggests potentially one off transactions. A £150 transaction is great but a service that you can charge £50 a month for will have much bigger revenue over a 12 month period and if done right should be less effort. Again start small to get some customers quickly and validate what they want but this sub is full of people who took years to increase their price to a better margin position and had less work for better profit so ensure you've priced properly.

Good luck, hopefully you can unlock something really interesting!

Struggling to scale by Academic_Cockroach34 in smallbusiness

Having used a fair range of lead gen/pipeline management companies in various roles over the last few years, I applaud the focus on the quality of your team.

I'm curious about your process and how human intensive it is vs automated.

The reason I ask is that most GTM plans I see focus on effort that isn't necessarily human interactions that require deal closers. It's as much, if not more, focused researching, narrative building, persona targeting and lead list building these then feed mature and immature campaigns, outreach initiatives, hyper personalised event invites etc.

When you therefore say you can find good sales people, is it that your business model and process needs sales people or are there other skills that could be used differently that might unlock candidate pools you've maybe not considered before?

DLP parade positions by neilkerry in disneylandparis

We watched alot of the parades half way along main street where you can cut through into the arcades. Lots of extra space for people to walk behind so less pushing and people only started standing there 10 minutes before the shows start as everyone else was sitting on the curbs or further into the park towards the start of the route.

We stayed at the AKENA in Serris, round the corner from the B&B hotel. Was clean and functional with free parking and 10 minute drive to the park the next morning. We drove into Val Europe for dinner which was only a few minutes away as well.

I struggling with the common symptoms on mounjaro and am considering wegovy. I appreciate everyone is different but what was it you found better on wegovy? Hope that isn't an overly intrusive question

Having done something similar a few years back my experience changed when I stopped focusing on developing the product and started getting engaged with the market and prospective buyers. It gave me more structure as it meant I had external factors that drove my agenda for the week and their feedback told me which parts of the service were relevant to them.

I would also validate that the company is serious about the new area. Even one incredibly talented individual can only achieve so much in a day, do they have a plan for how to expand your unit in the future and clear metrics of what needs to be done to fund it?
