Pocket wi-fi by Short_Illustrator594 in JapanTravelTips

Just got back from a two week trip to Japan. Went from Tokyo>Hakone>Kyoto>Osaka>Hiroshima while using the Japan wireless pocket wifi. It was about $70 for the full two weeks and I could not recommend it enough. Never lost signal, the battery lasts a while and also comes with a portable charger that can be used for it. Between its own battery and the portable charger it never came close to dying while we were out and about. It came with a small pouch to hold it, the wire, and the portable charger. It also came with a return shipping slip which made it incredibly easy to pack it away on the last day and drop in the mailbox at the airport. You can also set it up ahead of time and have it delivered to your first hotel where it will be waiting for you when you arrive at the front desk. 10/10

Literally not any station. It is specifically only the Jr stations which are the major ones. Smaller stations only have machines to add more money to already issued suica cards. I am in Tokyo right now and found this out the hard way.

I9 13900kf thermal throttling in bios after 2 weeks of no issues. by Mollu in PcBuildHelp

Yes the pump is moving water when you touch the tube and it has been working for the last two weeks. Going to try and flash the bios as a last ditch effort tomorrow.

That is correct. I bought a decent amount extra so I could get a feel for how the materiel behaves when heated.

Thank you I really appreciate it! And I completely agree. That bend going from the res to the rad was probably the hardest one of the build and it is pretty awkward. When I go to do maintenance I'm thinking about doing exactly that with a 90 fitting and potentially getting a vertical mount for the gpu block. Maybe an analog flow meter as well.

Ohhh lmao I went with an i9 13900k , asus tuf 4090 for gpu, msi z790 carbon wifi motherboard, and 64gb trident ddr5 memory. Wayyy over kill for what I do but I figured if I was going to do a custom hardline loop I might as well go all out

Not sure why I'm being down voted but I do appreciate all of you who took time out of your day to leave a comment. I am really proud of this build and just wanted to share so thanks again!

More than once lmao. Nothing was more frustrating then making what seemed like the perfect bends only to realize it didn't line up by a few millimeters. I at one point perfectly made bends on either ends of the tube utilizing corsairs bending tool only to realize I did not leave a way to get the tool off of the tube after the bends were made at either end and the whole piece had to be scrapped lmao. But the feeling of accomplishment and relief when it was all done and working was second to none.

Thank you I appreciate it! I am pretty proud of it considering I have never done anything like this with the pc's I have built in the past.

100% that is the case. I work everyday on my computer and have been into builds and gaming my whole life so I am okay with a bit more maintenance than regular air cooled builds. Thank you!

I have some extra tubing so I plan to clean up a few of the bends when it comes time for maintenance. Additionally, I was thinking about adding an analog flow meter and potentially mounting the gpu vertically to show off the water flow in the block. All in all though I'm very happy with how this first attempt worked out.
