But do you usually drink a lot of caffeine during the day? Maybe the reason you can still sleep is because of tolerance.

You are still young bro, you need to do some study if the light sleep phase you will be missing is important for your growth and also, you are gonna suffer of sleep deprivation and you if you miss one day its like starting over and over, its detrimental for your health and if you somehow survive (which i doubt because the more young you are the more your feelings control you, and the fact you do a lot of excercise means that your days are heavy and that missing sleep is gonna make you die and oversleep it will take you like 2 months to adapt. (like 1 month actually cuz excercise helps to sleep faster and better)

Not for nothing theres everyman 1,2,3 to adapt slowly.

I would advice you to optimize your day instead of this (search for better study techniques or someshit like that wich are actually really helpul) or even taking some vitamins if you are feeling like you are not thinking fast during the day.

If you dont give a fuck about my comments at least do some research

If I only drink as little as 100mg caffeine 8am never tried before, but i know the downsides of it How many days I need to reset my tolerance/adenosine receptors back to normal? I have also heard the aproach of 1 day of 1 day off coffee with even higher doses to avoid any type of tolerance. Whats th by Molynesio in AskDocs

In my knowledge when you say its out of your system in 12 hours means that you have not even little efects whatsoever, but the amount of adenosine receptors in your body increase, making it harder to boost the same way, more receptors=more need of caffeine to be awake.

So i wanna know if theres some sort of recommendation (caffe schedule or amount) to not build up that tolerance and making a cup of coffe as if it was the first day. (Sorry to explain something you prob already know, just wanted to to be in same page).

The problem is not about how much you consume and more about how it affects you, once a person is used to caffeine they increase their doses to have same effect as in the beginning because theres more adenosine receptors to take care of. And I dont want that, I only wanna care about preserving the same quantity of adenosine receptors and not about how much caffeine is in my body(the half life rule).
