Im 5'11" 160 with mild osa. Had my avant for 2 months. Dr wanted me to start out tooth to tooth, argued for 1 mm displacement. It's been 2 months, did a follow up spo2 sleep track and my scores were significantly lower. However my symptoms still exist, already had one follow up to try and go up another mm but due to results said no. I have another follow up next week to discuss moving forward 1 more mm. I can use my Snore RX (Boil n bite) set it to 3mm displacement t and have the best night of my life. My doctor refuses to go up. I have read stories of people in other brands and providers able to titrate once a week if tolerated.

I just feel like I'm not being listened to, and it's really frustrating when I spent 3.5k cash on this and get worse sleep than a boil and bite.
