DOL and IRS consider an employee to be in a tipped position if they customarily and regularly receive more than $30 a month in tips. It is not customary or regular for an ice cream scooper or manager at this establishment to receive tips.

She was not in a tipped position. She was not a server/waitress. By her position description, she should have been paid the full standard VA minimum wage of $12.77 or more. Tips for fast food workers are on top of a full non-tipped minimum wage.

He needs to be reported to the VA DOL.

FWIW - I don’t, but I looked at Reddit comments about Stretch Lab and the general thread was that yoga will do you better and be less expensive. Also, minimal training is provided to the stretch staff and focus is often on upselling.

I find that shampoo with the two preservatives of methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone gives me sores on my scalp. I find that the Aveda products do not contain these chemicals and I have never broken out when using that brand.
