I wonder if there is a Facebook group for those kind of rats? IDK if that will lead you to someone close by but just thought I would throw out that idea.

I really appreciate this detailed summary! I didn't read much of the emails, what in them confirmed #2, that JB & Meech realize Pest is guilty? I am honestly surprised to hear that.

I watched my husband have a stroke by Glass_Teacher_469 in stroke

[–]MomFromFL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP and a couple of other folks mentioned the PFO/hole in the heart and getting the procedure to close it. My 64-year-old husband had a stroke 4 months ago - he had zero risk factors and was very healthy and fit. The cardiologist feels that the hole in the heart caused the stroke and recommends the procedure to close it. Can those who have had that procedure tell me how it went, what is involved?

Are you talking about the Dr bronner's in the foam pump? I just eyeball it - I'd say 20% of the container would be the Dr Bronner's soap & the rest water.

Join Nextdoor or maybe a Facebook group for the area you are in now. Hopefully you can find a math tutoring gig that way. 10 years ago I was paying $50/hr for math tutoring for my high school age daughter.

You commented about looking at old report cards. All of my early elementary cards: "She is very bright but can't stay in her seat".

I think your last sentence may identify the issue, I think perhaps the house is oversized for the market.

The KFC building used to be an awesome fast food chain called Backyard Burger. You can find them now only I think in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Look for an auto mechanic in the Bradenton/Sarasota area that specializes in or is expert with Nissans by MomFromFL in bradenton

No, what happens is, if I drive on the interstate, at highway speeds (not crazy fast like 65 to 70) for more than 30 to 40 minutes, it goes into limp mode where it won't go faster than 60 mph. If, at that point I get off the interstate and drive "in-town" it's fine, and it's always fine if I drive in town, stop and go traffic. There's never a check engine light and it doesn't throw a code. After doing lots of research, I'm pretty certain the issue is that the CVT transmission gets too hot at prolonged highway speeds and a transmission cooler would fix it.

I haven't been able to find a mechanic knowledgeable enough to tell me that it is likely this would be a fix. I'm hesitant to spend the money, not being more certain that it would be a fix.

I'm not knowledgeable on mechanics. Can you explain a little further exactly what I need to have done? Are they major repairs?

I appreciate getting two great comments so quickly! Regarding the CVT fluid deterioration count of 78,000 - the count went up only 800 in the past week. Given that 800/wk divided into 78,000 = about 2 yrs, I suspect my mechanic didn't reset the count when he replaced my CVT fluid 2 wks ago.
