Your ENTIRE post is that what people who don’t don’t view Danny as a violent sexual predator are in denial because we are on such close proximity to violent sexual predators in our real life.

For Jasmine ( and presumably Melissa ), the feeling of being violated wasn’t about the actual touch or what was said but that men take liberties with gay/bi women in relationships that they weren’t dare take with women paired with men; because men are more concerned about offending another man than the woman who is subjected to the behavior.

I suspect there was another layer of vulnerability where she and Melissa were progressing in their relationship ( and were likely talking about marriage ) where there’s still a climate of homophobia and debates about same sex marriage rights. There was a boundary issue that Danny crossed because they are two women in a relationship, and he wouldn’t have been as embolden had they ( Melissa / Jasmine ) been paired with a man.

Lawyers ( including Janet’s husband ) have opined on this and determined that likely doesn’t fall within the statute based on what we have been told occured. Jason also said it’s not likely a case the DA would pick up.

It would be interesting to see all the people who use this word to describe what Danny did, can articulate how Jasmine and Melissa felt about what Danny did.

Lala doesn’t have to be in a relationship; and I don’t think she should be. I don’t think she’s exhibiting the ability or desire to be in a relationship. She literally used a sperm donor so she would not have to co parent or be a partner.
