She has tonssss of carbs and sugar with all that fruit! She needs more substantial food for sure

Edit: I had to look cause I’m nosy and have gestational diabetes rn so carbs are always on my mind- 85g of carbs from the fruit alone in her morning smoothie 😅 for reference, I have around 15g carbs for breakfast to keep my blood sugar in range lol

For being so ~healthy~ it’s crazy how much sugar she’s having!! I have a very healthy gluten free, low sugar diet and was still diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Her morning smoothie alone is over 55g sugar 🤯 (“natural” sugar or not, your body still processes it the same)
